Token price setting mechanics

- Above formula calculates the POW nominal price (current token price)
- POW nominal price is updated automatically when any platform user buys, sells or transfers POW tokens (i.e. for any change in POW circulating supply)
- Certain initial price and step increment have been set at platform launch
- Initial price 0.0026738 EOS/POW is based on the max POW supply (267,379,679 POW)
- Step price is calculated as the latest number of POW tokens in circulation (LastSupply) divided by amplitude (max POW supply divided by 10,000) and multiplied by 0.0001
- POW nominal price is the sum of the initial price and the step increment
